Ronaldi Reisman, SH. (Ron)
Ron is one of the Founding Partners of RSPS. He had been practicing for more than one top-tier Indonesian law firm before establishing RSPS.
His areas of expertise include investment, contract drafting and negotiation, general corporate affairs and commercial dispute resolutions.
Clients and counterparts have lauded him as responsive, business- and technology-savvy and versatile. He is a graduate of the Business Law Concentration of the Law Faculty of Universitas Pelita Harapan, and holds an advocate license from the Indonesian Advocates Association.
Areta Natalia, SPsi.
Areta was one of the most active students of the Clinical Psychology major of the Psychology Faculty of Atmajaya University.
Her knowledge in psychology and her quick-to-learn nature has helped our firm maintain conducive communication internally and externally.
Clients have lauded her for being scrupulous in spearheading multiple ongoing compliance matters.
Sunny Sabaru, SH., MScBA (Sunny)
Sunny has a strong and unique combination of corporate finance and legal counsel experience. She is a corporate finance and legal specialist with experience of working as a Corporate Financial Advisor at Deloitte Jakarta and EY Amsterdam. She continued her career in Jakarta focusing on investment banking industry.
She started her career as an Associate Lawyer at a prominent Indonesian law firm (particularly its capital market and M&A transaction team).
Sunny graduated from TiasNimbas Business School,Utrecht, the Netherlands with International MSc in Business Administration and from the Law Faculty, Universitas Pelita Harapan with Bachelor of Laws specializing in International Business Law and Legal Studies.
Claudein Kezia Lainsamputty (Kezia)
Kezia is an Associate, and has been one of the most reliable members of RSPS. She was an Associate at a state-owned enterprise boutique law firm before being highly recommended to join RSPS by a former RSPS member. She graduated from the Faculty of Law in Christian University of Indonesia (Jakarta, Indonesia) and was highly active in various academic extracurricular activities during her study. Clients and Partners find her reliable and having a great sense of responsibility.
Julio Tambunan (Julio)
Julio is a graduate of a the Law Faculty, of Universitas Brawijaya (Malang, Indonesia), majoring in business law.
Clients laud him for always combining the aspect of law that he has amassed from his study, with that of business from his early start as an entrepreneur.
Julio spends his spare time doing sports and listening to music.
Nadya Meta Puspita (Nadya)
Nadya is a newly joining Associate. She was an active researcher at her alma mater and an Associate at an employment affair boutique law firm. She just successfully obtained her master’s degree in law from Universitas Padjadjaran (West Java, Indonesia), a top law school.
